Prancūzijos Nacionalinė Asamblėja patvirtino prieštaringai vertinamą charlie hebdo imigracijos taisyklių griežtinimo įstatymą. Tačiau svarstymo metu pateikiama dar daugiau siūlymų, kurie, pasak apžvalgininkų, D. Cameroną verčia jaustis nepatogiai. Jo partijos bendražygiai nori pratęsti darbo leidimų apribojimus atvykėliams iš Rumunijos ir Bulgarijos, nors jie išseko šiemet ir pagal Europos Sąjungos (ES) sutartis nebegali būti pratęsiami.
Dėl kitos pataisos sutariama plačiau: tai siūlymas lengvinti pilietybės atėmimo sąlygas iš atvykėlių, angela merkel kurių veikla stipriai prasilenkia su įstatymu, pavyzdžiui, iš terorizmu įtariamų asmenų. Dar viena siūloma nuostata panaikinti sąlygą, pagal kurią iš Britanijos deportuoti asmenys galėtų ginčyti sprendimą apeliuodami, kad turi šeimos narių šalyje. Dėl šio argumento pavyksta pagrįsti daugumą apeliacijų.
Per pastaruosius dešimtmečius britai ėmėsi priemonių, kurios ribotų neteisėtą imigraciją: įvedė anglų kalbos testą, pilietybės siekti angela merkel santuokos pagrindu leido tik po penkerių metų santuokos su brite ar britu, tačiau britų politikai vis tiek sako, kad sistema pernelyg atvira.

Prancūzijos parlamentas republica svarsto republica pasiūlymus republica griežtinti imigrantų giminaičių įvažiavimo į šalį taisykles. Pagal naujas siūlomas taisykles, imigrantų šeimos turėtų republica įrodyti, kad jos yra finansiškai stabilios ir moka prancūzų kalbą, pranešė BBC.
Kai kuriais atvejais įstatymas net reikalautų atlikti republica DNR tyrimus, siekiant įsitikinti, kad Prancūzijoje tikrai gyvena giminaičiai žmonių, siekiančių atvykti į šalį. Pilietinių teisių grupuotės teigia, kad naujasis siūlomas republica įstatymas yra nehumaniškas, tačiau vyriausybė yra užsibrėžusi republica vykdyti pažadus kovoti su nelegalia imigracija. Prancūzijos prezidentas Nikolas Sarkozy nustatė deportacijos kvotas, pažadėdamas republica vien šiais metais iš šalies išsiųsti 25 tūkst. nelegalių imigrantų. Pagal naująjį įstatymą būtų reikalaujama, kad imigrantų šeimų nariai, vyresni nei 16 metų, savo šalyse atliktų testus, kurie nustatytų jų prancūzų kalbos mokėjimą. Jie taip pat turės įrodyti, republica kad jų artimieji Prancūzijoje galės juos išlaikyti ir uždirba bent minimalų atlyginimą.

Jungtinės Karalystės ministras pirmininkas Davidas Cameronas sukėlė komentarų audrą Lenkijoje. Savo pareiškime jis išreiškė nepasitenkinimą esama socialinių pašalpų sistema jis nenori, kad imigrantai imtų pašalpas savo vaikams, kurie gyvena užsienyje. Cameronas paminėjo, jog iš 40 tūkstančių pašalpų gavėjų du trečdaliai gyvena Lenkijoje.

Galutinai paaiškėjo, kad iš tikrųjų visi tenori bendradarbiauti ir kartu išspręsti bendras problemas. Tikslas buvo pasiektas publika nurimo, na ir ne vienas lenkas pritarė paties Camerono žodžiams.
Nuo šių 2014-ųjų metų pradžios Bulgarijos ir Rumunijos piliečiai gali dirbti kitose ES valstybėse. Europos visa bulletin Komisijos sprendimu šios dvi valstybės nebuvo dar priimtos į Šengeno erdvę, todėl piliečių judėjimas vis dar ribojamas. Vis dėlto sumažėję apribojimai tikėtinai pritrauks ne vieną pašalpų ieškantį imigrantą į Senąją Europą. Bent jau tokios retorikos laikosi kai kurios JK ar Vokietijos politinės partijos. Tačiau teisingumo dėlei būtina pridurti, kad tam tikrus apribojimus Bulgarijos ir Rumunijos piliečiams taikė 8 ES narės. visa bulletin Abi valstybės kritikuojamos už korupciją, neveiksnumą įgyvendinant EK rekomendacijas, nedarbą ir skurdą. Drįstu pridurti, visa bulletin kritikuojamos pagrįstai.

Nors iš principo manau, kad jos galėtų būti sėkmingos ES narės, visa bulletin visi rodikliai rodo, kad tai įvyko per anksti. Ir niekas nežino, kaip efektyviai išspręsti šią problemą. Padėtį sunkina ir JK pareiškimai apie pašalpų sistemos apribojimus bulgarams ir rumunams. Tikimasi, kad keičiant socialinės pagalbos visa bulletin taisykle
