After an active and busy summer autumn brings with it peace and quiet. Phew. Finding a place to live in Briz proved to be a bigger challenge than what I had set for myself. I have been in constant search since I first looked back Uni on Monday, and have finally found something I can call "home", at least for a little while. I visited an opportunity I learned about via Tim, and moved in on the day. But the road here has been quite long - though less perhaps than it is for many others in the area. It is surprising what it is possible to encounter here. Prices range from $ 58 and $ 190 a week, thats 290, - to 950, - NOK per week (once with about 5). Which is a bit surprising is that price and standard are not necessarily connected. Yesterday bmv I picked up the "uni", ie university, a Japanese bmv lady who rented out apartments around the area. And all but one were forferdeolig dilapidated heaps priced from $ 120 to $ 165. Afterwards, I was a bit further outside Indroopilly, and so on an insanely bold villa with swimming pool to $ 165 - so this is extremely confusing! (Unfortunately, bmv this villa is quite far out in Gokker, miles from any kind of practical things such as shops, bus, etc, and without a car it was quite out of the question for me to stay there unfortunately.) bmv I was quite disillusioned when I køyet Tinbilly yesterday night. This morning said Emma, one of the students to Timothy, that I may be able to take over her room when she moved out - she lived at home with a few up in Indroopilly. It was a good idea, so I joined up. This was the best room I've seen so far, to $ 90 (though we do not expect the villa in Gokker) It got better when I stopped by Linn, a colleague of the wife of Tim. She and Andris live in a large villa 15min walk from uni, and ditto distance to grocery business around (which is weird getting off around around here.) This turned out to be an absolutely great cause! A full basement apartment, large bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette for $ 150, and I could move in whenever I wanted. I said yes please, and Andris drove me down to town to pick up my luggage lying on Tinbilly. Fæææææn tæææstick! And yes - bonus: power and broadband inkuldert in rent. The word "bargain" belong here. The picture below shows the kitchen in the apartment. On the down side so the air is a little damp in the cellar here and they will sell kåken in winter (June-ish), but I think I can live with. The picture below here is my bedroom. There is a big sport event the other day, "Melbourne bmv 2006 - Commonwhealth games". This is the best holiday I have had so far in my life. The flight north korea was admittedly pretty crappy. Everything for long! But it helped that the plane had cool movies to show in a very smart way. You can choose for yourself what you would see. There was also music and TV series north korea etc. so there must be something north korea for everyone. When I realized I was going to replace the headphones I got on the plane with my own very good, so it was pure cinematic experience (with canvas north korea 30 x 20 cm or something like that, but it's better than nothing). But why must it be so hot inside on a plane with hundreds of people? Air is a good thing!
When the flight was over and I got my luggage, the first thing I did on African soil, replacing shoes. I can not plan anything so I bought new shoes right before I left. Result: blisters. Our flight landed about 0900 on Tuesday, 1/11/2011. We were looking to have retrieved their baggage ca. At 10:00. But Africa tours are organized so that people coming from other places in the world and it meant that we and two other couples from Denmark and the three people who came via Frankfurt, had to wait for two couples from Denmark who arrived via Paris. Obviously luggage did not arrive to that pair up, so we sat at the airport in Johannesburg and waited until the clock was nearly north korea one before we were finally crammed into a minibus and were getting us off on the way to the Pestana Kruger Lodge (PKL). A trip that would last about four and a half hours, but we did not arrive until about 6:00 p.m.. But for a place PKL is !!!!! It is absolutely amazing. After nearly a week of antibiotics for my drive sinusitis is I have not been s srlig much better. Felt better the first two days, but s it was all downhill. Have read around a bit on the pocket doctor and health network of others who have written regarding chronic and acute sinusitis, this has got printed exactly the same medicine that I, but everyone has received notice (read responses from four different doctors) that they shall DOUBLE dose of what I take and this shall take the whole 10 days I was told max 7. Confused? It is in any case i. I got respect on 3 parcels totaling medicine that I will be sticking at the pharmacy rebound extract more medicine and also buy a pack of nasal spray, S I hope to rejoice traffic last longer this time!
Anyway .. Today it nypning of City Nord, s thought I was going to take me a trip there. Think I'll g there afterwards. Is pretty neat twist day and there is always plenty of fresh air. S it is enough to plan yes. Will be interesting to see how City North has been, has come 32 new stores include: Gina Tricot, Storm Berg, one pair of new kafe'r, Wow, Bagorama, Kicks, traffic Ms. Dahl and much much more. If you have some local pain that’s bothering you, find a quiet place where you could sit, close your eyes and relax for several minutes. Then do the following steps: Locate the pain in your body. Identify the shape of the pain. Identify the color of the pain. Identify the taste of the pain. Identify the smell of the pain. Find a container suitable for the pain and imagine how you put the pain in it. The container can be anything: a bowl, a box or anything else that comes to your mind.
How to identify the shape, color, taste and smell? Just concentrate on the pain for a second and ask yourself the question: "What shape (color, etc) my pain is right now?" . The first thing that comes to mind is what it should be.
You should also pay attention to the changes in your answers. If for 2 consecutive iterations you give the same 6 answers and the pain is still there, then it means that you should stop doing it as it doesn’t help anymore than it already did.

You have to remember that pain increases with the importance you give it. The more you worry about what the pain means, the greater it will seem.
Method 1: This comes from Hale Dwoskin. Here in the moment, as best as you can identify and focus on the pain. Welcome the pain. Imagine opening a door and letting the pain in. It is part of you and resisting it creates ù unnecessary stress. Now as you are in the presence of the pain, in this moment right now, do you think you can (have the ability) to let it go? If the answer to that question is yes…in this moment ù right now will you let it go? If the answer to that question is yes…when will you let it go?

Organizers blamed the weather, but prior to the event Terry Trussell, Operation American Spring’s chief of staff, and far-right radio host Mark Hoffmann warned attendees  to prepare for violence and possibly even a drone strike to “destroy the capital just to get rid of us,” so perhaps they were just scared. After the event Riley claimed that “probably 1,000” activists are still on the National Mall pushing for Obama’s removal cps from office as part of stage two of the operation .
