The National Institute of Civil Defense - INDECI recommended that the Peruvian population, participate in the National queen victoria Earthquake Drill for and scheduled for Friday May 30, 2014 at 3 pm Tsunami.
The exercise queen victoria will simulate an earthquake of 8 degrees on the Richter scale that will generate a tsunami warning along the Peruvian coast. The aim of the exercise is to measure the responsiveness of the population and civil defense authorities. It also allows the application procedures and protocols queen victoria of the first responders of the National Disaster Risk Management.
