Well, are we through the Looking Glass now? OR, is Bolivia coming to to terms with its past? curiousery, and curiousery... I for one am glad to see she that she is not being punished for the 'sins' of her father, and that Bolivia is promoting women in the military. On the surface, it looks likes progress, but it does seem a litle odd.
